DELIVERY TIME   Each of the Van Gogh painting on canvas is created 'one at a time' and are not 'mass produced', therefore most unstretched items ship within approx. 5-7 days internationally.   We aim to process all orders within 24 hours and Actual transit time averages from 5 to 7 working days internationally.

COMBINED SHIPPING We welcome combined shipment and we offer DISCOUNT FOR COMBINED SHIPMENT ORDER. To save you money, we do offer COMBINED SHIPPING on Multiple Orders within 48 HOURS from your first order. YOU MUST SUBMIT A SINGLE PAYMENT FOR ALL TO QUALITY FOR COMBINED SHIPPING. YOU MUST PAY FOR ALL ITEMS AT THE SAME TIME FROM THE SAME INVOICE OR COMBINED SHIPPING WILL NOT BE OFFERED! SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS! Please note combined shipping is calculated per auction and will vary per item size using the highest item S&H charge as the base line.

SHIPPING COSTS  We ship WORLDWIDE.   Shipping & Handling is one charge per order. The system calculates S&H according to the delivery address and the weight of the package. It ranges from US$ 7 to a maximum of US$35per order, depending on which mode of delivery you are choosing.   Buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping address. All packages returned for non-delivery will be assessed actual shipping charges before they can be resent.

SHIPPING METHOD We ship via Air Priority Parcel, speed airmail post or DHL. You will get your delivery from your local postal service. No tracking number is provided.

RETURN POLICY  If you are not fully satisfied you can return the painting(s) to us within the 15 days from the date you received you order.  A refund for 70%  price of the painting(s) will be credited to your credit card account upon we receiving you returned paintings at original delivery conditions without damaging.  The remainign 30% of the sales price will be retained by us as the handling cahrge.  Please note we will not refund your paid delivery price for our delivery of the painting to you and we will not bear your delivery cost for returning the paintings to us.
